Who we are
This website is run by Jacobo Rodriguez, trading as Lanza Web Studio (Lanzandoweb), based in Denmark. Jacobo Rodriguez is responsible for your personal data.

What we collect
Only what you send us through our forms, by email or on WhatsApp:
- Your name
- Your email address or your WhatsApp number
- Your message and anything you choose to include in it
To show prices in your currency, our host looks up which country you're visiting from, based on your IP address. We don't store this. Your browser remembers the country and language you choose, on your own device only.
We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this website.
Why we use it
To reply to you and, if you want to work with us, to prepare a quote and carry out your project. The legal basis is your request to us and steps before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Who handles it for us
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail) stores our email.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries our messages when you ask us to contact you on WhatsApp.
- Frankfurter (frankfurter.dev) gives us daily exchange rates. It never receives any data about you.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Google Fonts serves the font, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
Some of these services may process data outside the EU. They do so under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages as long as needed to answer you and handle your project, then delete them. We never sell your data or use it for mailing lists.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
